I’m tremendously thankful for my Mother. Like all good Moms, she always wanted to see her children succeed. But by God’s grace, she saw the importance of my relationship with God as more important than any temporal joy or success this life could offer. I remember her prayers for me and my siblings. I remember the way she always sought to speak the truth to us in love and apologized when she didn’t. It is in large part because of her love for Christ and desire to see her children come to a saving trust in Him, that I am a Christian today. I thank God for that.
Mothers, to faithfully point your children to Jesus as their Savior is the greatest way you can ever love them.

Happy Mother’s Day!
